Annual NE Regional Youth Conference - Sight & Sound Ministry, Technician, Main Sanctuary, Tables

Rocha Church will host the Northeastern Regional Assembly of God Youth Conference on this date with an expected 400 youth participants. This is a free worship experience with biblical teaching for the youth and there are not any sales of tickets, food, and merchandise during this event. The event will be conducted primarily in Portuguese.
All of the items are provided free to the youth who participate in the worship experience.


Pastor Val request 2 long rectangle tables with 4 chairs each to be placed in vestibule entrance at front doors of the Sanctuary. Snacks will be set up.

Pastor Val also request for Security to be stationed in balcony of Sanctuary to limit access by Youth during the session.   2 Security personnel are requested in Sanctuary area to maintain flow of youth from having access to lower level.  Security should cone areas for "do not enter" other lower lever areas of the church including the rest rooms.
